Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of experience in Learning & Development
5 or more years of people leadership experience
Experience in performance consulting / human performance improvement
Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
