Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of learning professionals
- Set the enterprise learning strategy and roadmap
- Build and run a scalable learning service delivery model
- Establish enterprise design and delivery standards
- Define measurement and reporting to evaluate adoption and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of experience in Learning & Development
- 5 or more years of people leadership experience
- Experience in performance consulting / human performance improvement
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
