About the role

  • Accounting Specialist (Part-Time, Temp-to-Perm) in Oakville, ON. Must have AR/AP, reconciliations, inventory, and lease accounting experience.

Responsibilities

  • The Accounting Specialist will manage accounts receivable and payable, perform reconciliations, and handle inventory and lease accounting. The role is part-time (25 hours/week) with potential to become full-time permanent. Training requires full-time availability Monday-Friday on-site.

Requirements

  • Experience with AR/AP and reconciliations, inventory and lease accounting in the automotive or capital equipment industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Asserti accounting software.
