About the role
- Adobe Journey Optimizer Specialist needed for a 6-month contract in Toronto. Own campaign execution, optimize workflows, and collaborate with agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign execution in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Pick up and deliver backlog campaigns hands-on. Optimize campaign workflows, targeting & deployment processes. Validate segmentation logic, ensure compliance & data accuracy. Collaborate across Agile squads, tech teams & business stakeholders. Bring new ideas, efficiencies & advanced AJO capabilities to the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing / campaign execution. 2–3+ years hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) experience. Strong understanding of customer segmentation & targeting, campaign data validation & QA, marketing automation workflows. Experience working in Agile environments. Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving mindset. Nice-to-have: Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Telco / Retail, exposure to tools like Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Unica, understanding of regulated communications (CASL, compliance).
