About the role
- Bilingual Banking Associate-Credit role supporting small business credit operations, managing volumes, and ensuring quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational volumes to meet service level agreements, maintain high attention to detail and quality standards, exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately, follow established policies and risk controls, communicate clearly with partners, ensure attendance and reliability, collaborate within a team of 14, participate in fully onsite training for 5 days then transition to hybrid work, support credit fulfillment for small business clients, and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Data entry experience (minimum 3 years), basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, experience in banking or credit sectors (preferred), bilingual in French and English (preferred).
