About the role

  • Bilingual IT Support Analysts needed for Payments Canada's operations center. Remote/hybrid, full-time, ASAP start.

Responsibilities

  • You will be at the front lines of 24/7 operational duties, providing critical monitoring, incident mediation, and advisory services to financial members. You will play a critical part in the deployment of Canada’s new national payment system, the Real-Time Rail (RTR).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in an operations support and/or Service Desk environment. Proficiency in executing ITIL functions (Incident, Request, Change, Problem Management) and a strong grasp of modern OS, SAAS, and networking. Must be fully fluent in both French and English. Must pass comprehensive background checks. Assets: Experience with Lynx, SWIFT, ACSS/USBE, ITSM, Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence, and ITIL, HDI or similar certifications.
