About the role

  • Change Management Specialist for large-scale transformation. Focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management strategies. Conduct stakeholder & impact assessments and readiness planning. Create communication materials & training content. Support workshops, rollout, and adoption activities. Track risks, issues, and change readiness metrics.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Change Management & stakeholder engagement. Training material development & communication planning. Experience working in large transformation programs. Excellent communication & collaboration skills. Candidates must be currently in Canada. Open Work Permit / PR / Canadian Citizens only.
