Provide administrative and operational support for commercial banking activities, ensuring compliance and high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Open new commercial deposit accounts in accordance with bank procedures. Process account change requests, including updates to signing authority. Prepare and submit supporting documentation for account setup and maintenance. Review legal and compliance documents to ensure regulatory adherence. Manage queues and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) consistently. Send out and verify documents to meet banking compliance standards. Attend team meetings and collaborate with internal partners via MS Teams. Support commercial deposit account opening and maintenance activities for existing clients. Follow AML, regulatory, and legal requirements for all transactions. Demonstrate proactive problem resolution and resourcefulness in daily tasks.
Requirements
Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Good understanding of AML regulations and compliance standards. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (basic understanding). Typing speed of at least 60-65 WPM. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to review and comprehend complex legal documents. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and applications. Customer service experience is an asset. Knowledge of Host applications and C3 is considered an asset.
