About the role

  • HR & Payroll Systems Support Analyst needed for a 12-month contract in Mississauga, ON. Support enterprise payroll and HR platforms, testing, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting HR and payroll systems operations, assisting with testing, system enhancements, and issue resolution, working closely with Payroll, HR, IT, and vendors, supporting QA/UAT activities and documentation, and helping improve system processes and user experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of HRIS / Payroll Systems / Application Support experience; experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Workday, UKG/Kronos, Ceridian, or ADP; strong understanding of Canadian payroll concepts; experience with testing, troubleshooting, QA, or systems support; strong communication and problem-solving skills; interest in HR technology and enterprise systems. Nice-to-have: Union payroll exposure, JIRA / Confluence experience, SAP SuccessFactors experience.
