About the role

  • Seeking Intermediate Project Managers for a 6-month Digital Health contract in Toronto. Must have 5+ years PM experience and healthcare sector background.

Responsibilities

  • Support a major Digital Health initiative. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement across clinical, technical, and business teams; preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and communications; supporting change management and standards adoption; and tracking risks, action items, and maintaining project documentation.

Requirements

  • Must-Have Skills: 5+ years project management experience (scope, risk, cost, quality, planning). Experience supporting multiple project managers in complex environments. Coordinating working groups and stakeholder updates. Status reporting, risk tracking, and project documentation. Knowledge of Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Public sector experience required, ideally in Canadian healthcare. **Please note Health Care experience is mandatory for this role**.
