Responsibilities
Provide onsite IT support for employees (hardware/software issues), troubleshoot Mac and Windows laptops, support tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, VPN (Cato), assist with new hire setups and device provisioning, provide basic AV/meeting room support, handle ticket-based support and walk-ups, escalate complex issues to the senior IT team, and maintain basic documentation of issues and resolutions.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk, basic knowledge of macOS and Windows troubleshooting, understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity), strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently onsite.
