About the role
- Manager responsible for Day-to-Day Banking product development, P&L management, and driving innovation to enhance customer experience and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Champion a customer focused culture. Manage the product line P&L for Day to Day Banking bank accounts. Develop, design and recommend best in class Day to Day Banking solutions. Lead communication and product subject matter expertise to channels and teams. Support expense management. Partner with Business Analytics to assess performance and develop strategies. Collaborate across teams to design and manage products. Partner with the Payments team on loyalty and rewards programs. Work with partners on execution of new products and enhancements. Champion end-to-end customer experience. Engage with third parties and suppliers. Contribute to market intelligence. Identify business objectives and milestones. Prepare proposals and business cases. Work with Analytics on dashboard reporting. Lead activities consistent with the Bank’s risk culture.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field; completion of MBA or Masters is a strong asset. Previous product management experience, preferably in Banking products. Advanced skillset using Excel and PowerPoint. Strong business and marketing acumen. Strong communication skills. Ability to monitor market and consumer trends. Awareness of key business operations, risks and environmental factors. Excellent long-term planning skills.
