Requirements
Must Haves: Design, build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that support Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning priorities. 5-7+ years of experience in Talent Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or a related data/HR discipline. Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations with workforce planning, forecasting, or talent insights. Advanced Power BI expertise, including DAX, data modeling, data transformations, and building dashboards from scratch. Develop and maintain workforce planning models, templates, and Power BI dashboards that support annual business planning and ongoing forecasting cycles.
