About the role
- Product Manager for Parallels Desktop B2B focus, owning backend services roadmap and enterprise product strategy. Fully remote role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Parallels Desktop backend services including identity, licensing, activation, update delivery, service reliability, and integration with external services. Support the Principal PM for Parallels Desktop for Enterprise in executing enterprise product strategy, taking ownership of frontend and backend-related workstreams. Bridge backend and enterprise needs, write clear requirements, define and track key product metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, design, support, and marketing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience with exposure to backend systems, platform services, or developer/IT-facing products. Solid understanding of B2B/enterprise software dynamics. Technical fluency with APIs, service architecture, and infrastructure tradeoffs. Strong written communication skills, data-driven mindset, and comfort with ambiguity. Nice to have: Experience with macOS ecosystem, virtualization, cross-platform software, enterprise deployment tools (MDM, SCCM, Jamf), IdP management, SaaS subscription models, or licensing infrastructure.
