Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Nuclear, or related technical field) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. A technical diploma in a related field such as Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or Nuclear Technology may be considered with significant relevant experience. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility is preferred, though experienced technologists with strong project backgrounds may also be considered. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable. Demonstrated understanding of nuclear safety standards, regulatory requirements, and field execution practices. Extensive experience in technical, construction, or operational roles within nuclear or other highly regulated industries. Specialized training in nuclear safety, quality assurance, or radiation protection is considered an asset.
