About the role

  • Project Manager for Shared Health Manitoba leading province-wide healthcare IT initiatives, including HL7 integrations and system implementations. Remote contract role within Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to lead full lifecycle, province-wide healthcare IT initiatives, including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and closure. Oversees HL7-based system integrations, infrastructure and application deployments across hospitals, and large-scale healthcare information system implementations. Reports to executive sponsors and steering committees, drives organizational change management and stakeholder engagement, develops training plans to support system adoption, and ensures compliance with PHIA.
