This position involves planning, organizing, and overseeing the successful delivery of enterprise risk and operational projects, including BAU releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing stakeholder communication, and mitigating project risks. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and roadmaps; monitoring scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines; coordinating cross-functional teams; facilitating meetings; tracking progress; ensuring project artifacts are completed; maintaining prioritization lists; supporting User Acceptance Testing; serving as primary liaison; communicating status updates; identifying and mitigating risks; and coordinating with change management, training, and communication teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of project management experience within financial services or related industries. Proven ability to support both technical and business stakeholders. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile is a plus). Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Superior organizational and time management abilities. Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
