About the role
- Seeking a Record Management Specialist with 6+ years of IM experience to design enterprise records programs using Microsoft 365 and RecordPoint R365.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise records management programs including retention schedules, classification schemes, and defensible disposition. Work with external vendors and solution integrators, and leverage Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange) and RecordPoint R365.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Information Management, Records Management and Information Governance. Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise records management programs. Experience with RecordPoint R365 and Microsoft 365-based platforms. Deep knowledge of retention and disposition frameworks. Familiarity with FIPPA, RKAP, privacy laws, audit and legal hold requirements. Certified Records Manager (CRM) or Information Governance Professional (IGP) preferred.
