Contract Salesforce Tester role in Toronto (hybrid). Requires 4+ years Salesforce CRM testing experience with SQL, web/mobile testing, and agile methodology.
Responsibilities
Functional testing with experience in analyzing requirements, writing and executing test cases, testing strategy of web application. Experienced in scripting/running queries – SQL. Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Minimum 4+ yrs experience in Salesforce CRM functional testing – with Leads, Prospects, Objects, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Campaigns, Opportunities, Orders, Service entities, Reports. Worked on Salesforce Sales, Service & marketing Cloud, Classic & Lightening Salesforce. Experience in legacy web and mobile app testing. Ability to write complex queries to perform data validations or set-up test data, SQL queries & Oracle DB. Strong experience with minimum 6-8 yrs in SDLC, QA Processes, create and execute QA test strategy and test plan, Testing artifacts, QA best practices. Perform risk assessment analysis and provides recommendations for improvement. Had extensive experience interacting with Project Stakeholders, Business, Vendors and raising timely risks/reporting. Experience in working on agile methodology. Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, functional testing based on industry best practices like Jira and confluence. Very good Communication skills, proactive and quick learner and worked as individual contributor.
