- Senior Product Manager responsible for relationship management, product road mapping, risk identification and mitigation, Agile/SCRUM delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder reporting for Ontario Government products.
Requirements
- Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications: Project Manager/Leader (Product Manager) – Senior. Relationship Management: Demonstrated experience in communication and mediation skills with business teams and core team members. Experience with team building, consensus building and relationship management. Experience with change management strategies. Product Management: Experience with risk and issue identification and mitigation. Ability to articulate and prioritize issues/risks at executive level. Ability to create/maintain product roadmaps. Ability to deliver products using Agile (SCRUM) with balanced teams. Scrum master experience preferred. Experience gathering requirements and maintaining detailed product schedules. Experience with program/portfolio reporting to senior executives. Experience with steering committees. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of collaboration tools (MIRO, Confluence, Trello, Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack, Teams). Knowledge of backlog management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Pivotal Tracker). Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Team player with track record of delivering high-profile, complex initiatives. Must Have: Demonstrated communication/mediation skills for product progress. Experience with risk/issue identification and mitigation. Ability to articulate issues/risks at executive level. Knowledge of backlog management tools.
