About the role
- Senior Project Controls Specialists needed for contract roles in Pickering & Oshawa, ON. Lead project controls activities including cost baselines, forecasting, and reporting for energy sector projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain project controls activities including cost baselines, resource planning, forecasting, dashboards, and compliance with project control standards. Produce detailed reporting: status updates, variance analysis, earned value metrics, and cash flow forecasts.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in cost control or project controls within engineering, construction, or infrastructure environments. Strong expertise in variance analysis, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and performance reporting. Experience managing WBS, cost breakdown structures, and baseline/budget alignment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools. Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related quantitative discipline.
