Responsibilities

Requirements
Public Sector / Healthcare (5+ years) Experience with Ontario public sector or healthcare IT environments. Knowledge of eHealth Ontario systems and digital health standards. Familiarity with OPS Unified I&IT Project Methodology and gating processes. Experience with large-scale, complex healthcare IT implementations. Technical Expertise (5–9 years) Data migration strategies (ETL, replication, API integrations). Digital health standards (HL7 FHIR). Information security, access control, and authentication. Tools: MS Project, Planview, Jira, Confluence. Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Core Project Management Proven experience delivering complex, mission-critical IT projects. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial control. Expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and vendors.
