About the role
- Senior Project Manager for 11-month contract leading transformation in Ontario's Emergency Health Services. Manages business transformation packages, acts as change agent, collaborates with IT and executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead business transformation work packages, including implementation, training, and reporting. Act as a change agent, guiding adoption of new Oversight & Compliance modules. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and senior executives to ensure successful delivery. Manage project budgets, risks, and timelines while keeping public safety top of mind.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in IT or large-scale transformations. 3+ years of organizational / people change management experience. Strong skills in stakeholder management, executive communication, and reporting. Proficiency with MS Project, Clarity, or Planview.
