About the role
- Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare IT transformation modernizing a regulatory compliance platform in Long-Term Care. 18-month contract overseeing SDLC, multiple workstreams, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare IT projects. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across teams and vendors. Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders. Oversee SDLC, QA, and SLA-driven operations. Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and governance. Ensure compliance with ITIL, PHIPA, and security standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience in healthcare IT environments (LTC, EMR, HIS). Proven track record delivering large-scale IT transformation projects. Deep knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and enterprise systems integration. Experience working with PMO, CAB, and executive stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
