About the role
- Senior UX Designer contract in Toronto, ON. Must have strong UX research, accessibility, and prototyping skills.
Responsibilities
- Designs clear, usable, and accessible experiences by translating complex user needs, content, and system constraints into coherent interaction and information architecture. Leads user research and accessibility practices, operates as a senior partner within an agile team, creates low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and produces developer-ready design outputs.
Requirements
- Must have: experience designing accessible experiences, leading user research, operating in agile teams, creating prototypes (wireframes, interactive prototypes), using Figma, Axure, Miro, and strong graphic design and UX research skills. Nice to have: open-source digital wallet experience, prior OPS or public domain experience.
