- Lead MID Server configuration, develop custom probes and patterns, enhance service mapping, and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems, as well as design, implement, and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping solutions. Build high-quality CMDB data to support ITOM, SAM, and HAM across on-prem and cloud environments.
Requirements
- ServiceNow certification, implementation experience, strong scripting skills, deep knowledge of network protocols, and hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP discovery.
