Responsibilities

Requirements
3-5 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience within manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume hiring environments. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of employment legislation and diversity principles.
