Responsibilities
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be a key player in the recruiting process at Xanadu, owning end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple teams. You will build and maintain good relationships with both candidates and Xanadu hiring managers, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. You will manage a high volume of candidate pipeline activity and maintain confidentiality within our hiring process.
Requirements
Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field. 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically within hardware, semiconductors, robotics, or deep-tech environments. Knowledge of the Hardware Stack: You don't need to be an engineer, but you should understand the general lifecycle of a physical product (e.g., Design, Verification, Prototyping, and Production). Experience in a start-up or growth stage environment and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Expert Sourcing Skills: Proficiency with tools beyond the standard LinkedIn Recruiter—familiarity with GitHub, specialized engineering forums, and talent mapping. Negotiation & Closing: Strong experience closing complex offers, including relocation, sign-on bonuses, and equity packages. Operational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills and a 'self-starter' mindset. You take ownership of your desk and your data.
