Responsibilities

Forecast costs, plan, implement and deliver the campaign within the agreed budget and schedule when a new campaign is proposed.
Identify potential risks and mitigation options, and ensure adequate visibility with Program teams.
Manage retrofit campaigns in accordance with company objectives and ensure that any safety-related retrofit progresses in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Define and negotiate priorities.
Initiate recovery actions in crisis situations when necessary and upon request.
Secure the contractual environment for retrofits.
