About the role
- Technical Solution Designer/Architect for banking solutions. Lead application architecture development, work with stakeholders, ensure system integration, and contribute to modernization projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop end-to-end solution architectures aligned with project goals and banking standards. Present technical solutions clearly and confidently to senior executives and leadership teams. Design scalable, secure, and maintainable application systems incorporating Microservices, Java, Vue.js, and cloud technologies like OpenShift. Ensure integration and interdependencies across front-to-back office systems are robust and efficient. Contribute to the full SDLC process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Identify potential system risks and develop mitigation strategies. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the implementation phase.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Solution Designer in the banking or financial services sector. Deep understanding of system interdependencies and application integration principles. Strong knowledge of Java, Microservices architecture, OpenShift, and cloud platforms. Proven ability to design scalable, resilient, and user-centric solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with front-end technologies, specifically Vue.js, is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
