About the role

  • Experienced Business Transformation Consultant needed for enterprise-level digital transformation and IM/IT initiatives within the Government of Canada.

Responsibilities

  • The successful consultant will provide expert guidance on governance, policy development, performance measurement, risk management, and organizational transformation while supporting key government priorities. Responsibilities include monitoring strategic initiatives, reviewing legislation, providing strategic advice, and preparing documents such as briefing notes and position papers.

Requirements

  • Mandatory qualifications: minimum ten years experience within last fifteen years supporting enterprise-level digital transformation or large-scale IM/IT initiatives within the Government of Canada; experience providing integration support or advisory services across multiple federal organizations; experience in at least three of: Networks and Infrastructure, Applications and Enterprise Systems, Identity and Access Management; minimum five years experience within last ten years providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders at DG/ADM level; minimum 48 months performing senior consulting, transformation, governance, policy, or strategic advisory functions.
