About the role
- VARITE INC is hiring a Windows 365 Solution Architect to lead cloud virtualization and EUC transformation in Calgary, AB.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for an experienced Windows 365 Solution Architect with strong expertise in Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Microsoft Intune to lead cloud virtualization and EUC transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include assessing and migrating AVD workloads to Windows 365, designing end-to-end Windows 365 solution architecture, configuring and deploying Cloud PCs using Intune, developing security, compliance, and device policies, leading migration planning and execution, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide technical leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience. Key skills: Windows 365 (W365) Deployment & Management, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Architecture & Operations, Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management, Azure Networking (VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute), Azure AD / Entra ID, Security & Compliance Frameworks, Cost Modeling & Optimization (AVD vs W365), High Availability & Resilient Solution Design.
