About the role

  • Senior Project Manager overseeing delivery of complex product-focused projects in a tech environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects aligned to strategic programs and Product priorities.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to translate requirements and roadmaps into clear project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
  • Apply the appropriate delivery methodology based on the nature of the work, demonstrating fluency across traditional project management, Agile and Scrum approaches.
  • Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies if needed (e.g., standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement) to support team execution and momentum.
  • Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers; proactively escalate issues and drive resolution.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, delivery timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting to provide transparency and support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment across teams and workstreams by managing dependencies, integration points, and handoffs.
  • Support change management and communication efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed, aligned, and prepared for delivery outcomes.
  • Contribute to the adoption of PMO standards, delivery best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with the Director of Strategic Program Delivery to support program-level execution, reporting, and delivery consistency across Product initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management within technology, SaaS, or product-led organizations.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based delivery environments and Scrum Master or Agile certification are a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in matrixed environments.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and modern delivery practices.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and driving execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
