About the role

  • AI Operations Manager at Achievers overseeing AI revenue strategy from use case to deployment. Collaborating across teams to design and manage effective AI-driven revenue generating agents.

Responsibilities

  • Own the AI roadmap: use case discovery, build, deployment, adoption, and impact measurement.
  • Design, deploy and manage revenue generating agents
  • Architect and automate workflows that eliminate manual GTM tasks across AEs, SCs, SDRS, BDRs, and CSMs.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement IC facing tools, replacing underutilized capabilities with higher impact alternatives.
  • Manage agents like employees with defined scope, performance metrics, and ongoing tuning.
  • Report on revenue impact, time saved, pipeline influenced, and adoption for every agent deployed.
  • Establish responsible AI guardrails: data access, privacy, prompt/output review, and human in the loop checkpoints.
  • Must abide by Achievers Generative AI Usage Policy and related policies.

Requirements

  • Education in analytics and software development
  • Experience in technology industry required
  • Proven track record designing and deploying AI powered agent workflows for revenue or sales operations.
  • Hands on experience with AI tools and orchestration frameworks
  • Deep familiarity with the modern sales tech stack as both a user and integrator
  • Able to bridge technical depth with business context and communicate clearly to frontline sellers and executive stakeholders.
  • Prior quota carrying IC experience (AE, SE, or similar) with firsthand grasp of the workflows these agents will support is a nice to have.
