About the role

  • Director of Product leading product management strategy across analytics and integrations. Building product surfaces for employee recognition data insights and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a unified product vision across three related workstreams.
  • Oversee design, development and delivery of analytics strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
  • Establish and track product KPIs to guide investment decisions and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science teams treating data quality, model and integrations as product concerns, not just infrastructure concerns.
  • Co-own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned to customer needs, performance, conversion, revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making.
  • Monitor the enterprise AI landscape closely to make concrete product, positioning and prioritization decisions.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and designers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Must have: you have led product teams building analytics, intelligence, or data-driven experiences in B2B SaaS.
  • You thrive in accelerated growth environments, enjoy solving enterprise-scale customer and operational challenges, and are passionate about uniting teams.
  • You are comfortable owning API and contracts alongside user-facing functionality. You understand and can articulate what usability means for both.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
  • You communicate clearly across engineering, executives, and go-to-market, and you can hold a product vision without losing sight of what ships next quarter.
  • You understand how a scaled product organization works together, where the output of other teams is your input and your teams output influences their team roadmaps.
  • Passion for leading and mentoring high-performance teams. Prior people leadership experience is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s or master`s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in HR tech, workforce analytics, or employee engagement is not required but highly advantageous.
