About the role

  • Ratings Operations Associate supporting Acuity Insights’ Casper assessment operations. Monitoring raters, maintaining quality, and improving large-scale assessment workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare upcoming Casper rating work and complete routine operational checks
  • Monitor rating activity and keep work progressing according to timelines and expectations
  • Respond to questions from Casper raters and serve as a primary day-to-day contact
  • Investigate why expected actions have not occurred and resolve common operational issues
  • Update information in operational systems
  • Complete recurring rating operations accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and useful process documentation
  • Identify patterns, recurring problems, and unnecessary manual steps
  • Use AI, automation, and other tools to simplify and improve recurring work
  • Escalate issues when necessary and collaborate with teammates and teams across Research, Product, and Operations
  • Support the delivery of reliable Casper results at scale

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English and French
  • Canadian residency and valid work authorization
  • Organized, reliable, and able to track details and follow processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with structured and repetitive work
  • Able to investigate unexpected issues and gather information
  • Clear and thoughtful communication skills
  • Comfortable using AI tools or actively building AI-tool proficiency
  • Experience in operations, administration, customer support, education, data entry, coordination, hospitality, or another environment where organization, accuracy, and dependability mattered is helpful
  • Ability to learn processes, systems, timelines, and quality checks
  • Ability to use good judgment, work independently within scope, and escalate issues when needed
