About the role
- Senior Enterprise Architect designing scalable AEM digital experience and marketing solutions for Adobe’s enterprise customers. Leading architecture strategy, multifunctional teams, and long-term digital transformation delivery.
Responsibilities
- Guide the design and delivery of high-quality Digital Experience and Digital Marketing solutions for Adobe’s global enterprise customers
- Craft scalable, content-centered digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager
- Define architecture strategy
- Lead multifunctional teams
- Deliver solutions aligned with client goals, technical requirements, and long-term digital transformation outcomes
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Define project scope, delivery estimates, resource plans, and timelines
- Identify delivery challenges and develop practical solutions to maintain scope, schedule, and budget
- Explain AEM architecture and Experience Cloud solutions to technical, marketing, and executive audiences
- Lead teams across engineering, architecture, and business functions
Requirements
- Experience in a consultative role leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an Architect or Principal Consultant
- Significant proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- More than four years of experience crafting and delivering AEM-based solutions, including Sites, Assets, and integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud
- 4+ years of experience working with multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with AEM as a core capability, across three or more listed solution areas
- Hands-on experience with Adobe data management and querying tools such as Schema and Query Services
- Experience with Adobe Workfront, including Workflow, Planning, or Fusion
- Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable AEM-based technical solutions
- Experience defining project scope, delivery estimates, resource plans, and timelines
- Ability to identify delivery challenges and develop solutions to maintain scope, schedule, and budget
- Experience with enterprise platforms including Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft
- Experience with AEM integrations using REST APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms and storage
- Experience with structured and unstructured data flows
- Experience with security and data movement
- Experience leading multifunctional, geographically distributed teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and occasionally internationally
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
