About the role

- Install, configure, secure and maintain SQL servers
- Collaborate on the deployment, automation and technical support of artificial intelligence tools and models
- Provide technical support for network and server infrastructures
- Provide basic support for the ACCEO Services de garde software
- Document systems
- Liaise with partners
Requirements
- College diploma (DEC) or university degree in computer science, or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience managing servers and virtualization environments (PowerShell, Active Directory, Windows Server and general IT)
- Demonstrated proficiency with virtual hosting environments (Proxmox and VMware)
- Strong expertise in installing, indexing and managing Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong interest in or practical experience with AI technologies
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful and highly curious about technology
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to IT security standards
- Strong customer service orientation and a consistent commitment to user satisfaction
