GTM Strategy & Operations Lead driving product adoption for Affirm’s buy-now-pay-later platform in Canada. Translating product and pricing initiatives into field-ready launches, playbooks, and measurable adoption plans.
Responsibilities
Own the go-to-market for a product line or segment end to end, including rollout design, enablement, and adoption targets
Turn inputs from Product, Pricing, and PMM into a coherent GTM strategy and track adoption against goals
Navigate executive rationale, customer value propositions, and field representative reasons to believe for launches
Build and maintain field materials, processes, and playbooks
Gather field feedback and turn it into recommendations for Product Marketing
Analyze performance data to identify stalled launches and flag risks early
Requirements
6+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, revenue or sales operations, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or another high-growth environment
Track record of owning a go-to-market motion or product line end to end, from rollout through adoption, within a defined scope
Experience turning vague instructions into solutions that resonate with stakeholders and customers
Cross-functional experience with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics, Legal, or Pricing
Ability to translate product and pricing strategy into practical, field-ready execution
Ability to use adoption and performance data to determine next steps
Clear, action-oriented writing and speaking
Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and move quickly without waiting for an approach
Familiarity with merchant, payments, or fintech ecosystems is a must-have
