About the role

  • Revenue Operations Analyst II optimizing Affirm’s buy-now-pay-later revenue funnel. Designing lead lifecycle processes, routing logic, automation, and Salesforce tooling for scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize top of funnel merchant lifecycle processes from Marketing touch through Contact creation, Account readiness, and Discovery handoff, emphasizing automation, data quality, and documentation
  • Define and own lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies governing lead and account movement through the top of funnel; partner with Business Systems for implementation
  • Own cross-functional initiatives end to end across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and other teams
  • Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis for Marketing, BDA, and early funnel performance
  • Own workflow automations such as Slack notifications, cross-tool workflows, and process triggers to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work
  • Collaborate with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and adjacent GTM tooling for lead and account management efficiency and data integrity
  • Train and support revenue teams on top of funnel processes and tooling changes with Revenue Enablement

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
  • 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce; administrator experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot and HubSpot
  • Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Solid understanding of business intelligence tools
  • Experience with lead lifecycle management, lead routing tools, data enrichment tools, lead scoring, or attribution frameworks is preferred
  • Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, and funnel performance measurement
  • Ability to manage and maintain key stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization, growth mentality, and bias toward documenting and systematizing repeatable processes
