Responsibilities
- Piloter l’ensemble des phases des projets (démarrage, planification, exécution, suivi, fermeture);
- Encadrer et structurer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution;
- Collaborer avec des équipes internes francophones et des fournisseurs externes anglophones;
- Évaluer la faisabilité des initiatives, analyser les risques et proposer des plans d’action appropriés;
- Assurer une communication claire et efficace avec les parties prenantes;
- Produire et présenter les livrables de gestion de projet (plans, échéanciers, budgets, rapports d’avancement);
- Veiller au respect des objectifs, des délais, des coûts et des normes de qualité établies.
Requirements
- Expérience significative en gestion de projets, idéalement dans le Marché des capitaux ou le secteur financier (PSP, CDPQ, institutions financières, etc.) ;
- Expérience démontrée en gestion de projets complexes et multidisciplinaires ;
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en changement et sous pression ;
- Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication, l’organisation et l’influence;
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
