About the role

  • Senior Project Manager driving strategic integration of brokerage into Guidewire platform for insurance transformation. Collaborating with teams to achieve project goals in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple mid- to large-scale initiatives simultaneously using Agile methodologies to ensure end-to-end quality delivery, including post-implementation and transition to operations;
  • Understand business challenges, identify needs, and recommend appropriate strategies;
  • Coordinate activities with leadership teams, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration among all stakeholders;
  • Mentor and engage project teams to foster commitment and performance;
  • Track project progress, manage priorities, and ensure realization of benefits;
  • Define delivery, testing, implementation, training, and change management strategies;
  • Prepare and facilitate governance committees.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in project management at a senior level;
  • Strong experience in property and casualty insurance;
  • Demonstrated experience in Guidewire integrations (intermediate to high complexity projects);
  • Ability to operate in complex, multidisciplinary environments;
  • Expertise in Guidewire (integration, deployment, or transformation);
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and results orientation skills;
  • French: Advanced
  • English: Intermediate
