About the role
- Senior Manager shaping content and product marketing for Alloy.ai’s commerce intelligence platform. Driving positioning, customer proof, SEO/AEO, social, lifecycle, sales enablement, and campaign creative.
Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and competitive narrative for Alloy's product and AI Agents
- Create case studies, customer quotes, and Replenishment-agent ROI stories mapped to buyer personas
- Write SEO/AEO content, including refreshing priority buyer-query pages and creating net-new content
- Maintain and refresh the resources library on a recurring 3–6 month cadence
- Plan organic LinkedIn and YouTube content calendars, scripts, captions, and publishing
- Create persona-based email nurture campaigns and SDR outreach sequences
- Develop sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, talk tracks, and persona-specific content
- Produce ad copy, landing page content, and creative concepts for flagship campaigns
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing, Performance Marketer, SEO/AEO agency, and video agency
- Use Claude Cowork and custom AI workflows for research synthesis, drafting, and content repurposing
Requirements
- 8+ years in marketing, with real depth in product marketing and/or content marketing and creation
- Track record of writing that converts, including case studies, sales content, product positioning, or campaign copy
- Comfort writing for organic social, including LinkedIn posts and YouTube scripts
- Working knowledge of SEO and AEO
- Email/lifecycle writing experience, including persona-based nurture sequences
- Hands-on comfort directing AI tools like Claude in an actual workflow
- Genuine curiosity about the broader marketing function
- Comfort with ambiguity and lean teams
- B2B SaaS experience required
- CPG/consumer goods experience is a strong plus, not a requirement
