About the role
- Claims Performance Manager analyzing claims performance and operational performance at Allstate. Collaborating with key partners and providing insights into claims business problems.
Responsibilities
- Understand discipline performance, in consideration of claims performance & operational performance
- Partner closely with Claims Intelligence on creating new reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics, and identify insights
- Develop, update & communicate holistic discipline claims story for stakeholders
- Investigate, and identify root causes to claims business problems that arise
- Monitor workforce management plan for discipline
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant claim/data experience
- Strong working knowledge and experience in claims
- Experience in Analyzing and Presenting Data
- Working experience in the use of MS tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, MS Power BI, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
