About the role
- Senior Fullstack Developer focusing on .Net and Angular for Dispatch Science's logistics platform. Leading technical initiatives and integrating AI functionalities in product development.
Responsibilities
- Take technical ownership of complex features from initial analysis through production rollout and post-release support.
- Write clear, comprehensive technical analyses and specifications aligned with product and architectural goals.
- Design and develop robust, high-performance, and scalable front-end (Angular) and back-end (.NET C#) features.
- Use AI assistants as daily development partners: advanced prompting, task automation, assisted generation, and augmented code review.
- Design, prototype, and integrate AI features into the product (LLMs, agents, intelligent automation, data analysis).
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers through rigorous code reviews, mentoring, and sharing best practices.
- Influence architectural decisions, contribute to platform evolution, and challenge technical choices when necessary.
- Actively participate in Azure deployments, cloud service integration, and continuous improvement of the CI/CD pipeline.
- Ensure the quality of delivered code: unit tests, integration tests, observability, and performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Excellent French communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Full autonomy, rigor, strong sense of ownership, and technical leadership
- Deep expertise in C# and .NET Core (architecture, async, dependency injection, performance)
- Solid experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS on large-scale applications
- Proficiency in AI prompting, particularly with Claude: ability to structure effective prompts, orchestrate agents, and integrate AI into daily workflows
- Proven experience writing specifications and technical analyses that serve as references for a development team
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, relational databases (SQL Server), and Git
- Solid experience with Azure and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience integrating AI features (LLMs, agents, RAG, automation, AI API integration)
- Familiarity with microservices architectures, distributed caching (Redis), and indexed search (Azure Search) — a strong plus.
