- Dayforce Implementation Consultant helping HRchitect clients implement and configure Dayforce WFM. Managing projects, testing, deployments, training, and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with the implementation of Dayforce software
- Perform project planning and analysis
- Manage projects
- Document configuration requirements
- Implement Dayforce WFM
- Configure Dayforce according to specifications
- Facilitate user acceptance testing sessions
- Coordinate deployment activities
- Provide product training
- Contribute to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog
- Interface with customers to build solid relationships
- Pursue opportunities within the team to widen experience
- Maintain accuracy in configuration
- Maintain responsiveness to teammates and customers
Requirements
- Previous Dayforce experience
- Payroll experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable appearing and speaking on video calls
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work remotely from home office in North America
- Consulting experience a plus
- Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP a plus
- Solid understanding of Dayforce modules
