About the role
- Senior Design/Project Manager managing commercial interior projects at Arcadis. Leading project teams and ensuring successful delivery from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of projects from conception to completion
- Liaise between Clients, Project Managers, General Contractors, Suppliers, Authorities, and Sub-Consultants
- Provide technical, construction and Ontario Building Code expertise to staff
- Prepare, monitor, and update work plans, schedules, and risk registers
- Mentor junior and intermediate staff on construction administration responsibilities
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience managing commercial interiors or fit-out projects
- 10+ years of experience working with general contractors and construction managers on site
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, Architecture, or related field
- Strong software skills with proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD as well as MS Office Suite of programs
