Requirements
- Relevant business experience, including management of small-sized projects
- Practitioner-level expertise in one or more service lines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with external stakeholders
- Commercial acumen and strong organizational understanding
- Logical approach with the ability to think through complex issues
- Knowledge of own area and a general understanding of wider program and business
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Attainment of, or near attainment of, relevant professional certification or chartered status
