- Senior Project Manager responsible for MTO project delivery in Ontario. Leading project teams and collaborating across Arcadis business lines to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) projects
- Support growth of firm’s project management capability for MTO clients
- Contribute to practice plans and business development
- Manage project teams and support other project managers
- Coordinate resources and collaborate with other Arcadis business lines
- Undertake role to lead major MTO projects and key clients
- Enhance business through delivery and client satisfaction
- Coach and mentor project staff to support consistent delivery quality
Requirements
- 12+ years consulting experience on MTO or similar transportation projects of significant scale and/or complexity
- P.Eng Ontario
- Demonstrated technical, commercial and project delivery acumen
- Previous relevant experience including leadership of the development and implementation of project management and engineering solutions for MTO projects
- Previously worked in a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager role and has significant MTO project management experience
- RAQs qualification is an asset and preferred on the Highway Engineering, Bridge Engineering disciplines
