About the role
- Senior Project Manager at Arc’teryx managing People Projects from brief to delivery. Collaborating with Program Managers to innovate and scale global programming initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Managing assigned projects from brief through to delivery
- Partnering with Program Managers to define project objectives and success criteria
- Leading projects that innovate and scale People programming
- Maintaining project documentation, including milestones and status reports
- Providing strategic guidance to Program Owners and Project Teams
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Proactively managing project risks
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in complex Project Management
- Degree or diploma in project management is ideal
- Relentless attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in People and Culture (Human Resources)
- Proficient in project management platforms (Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc)
- Proficient in budget management, financial tracking and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
