Senior Pricing Analyst supporting Torys law firm proposals, alternative fee arrangements, and profitability reporting. Building financial models and advising lawyers, Business Development, and Finance stakeholders.
About the role
- Sales and Pricing Analyst managing distributor pricing, ERP systems, and margin analytics. Supporting Ardent Mills’ flour products, sales teams, and customer contracting.
Responsibilities
- Support Pricing Desk duties for customer contracting business, ERP system enablement, and Sales Team Data Analytics activity
- Update product price lists, including customer portal entry for Sysco and GFS/Limson
- Manage GS1 product systems for participating customers
- Execute contract pricing activity with national and regional distributors using system pricing tools
- Provide backup and support for Pricing Analyst product segments
- Liaise with sales and customer service teams on contract price and volume needs
- Build, refine, and execute custom price models
- Analyze customer quantity and lead-time contracting activity
- Complete Trade Agreement Programs
- Support D365 ERP and Power App connectivity and performance
- Serve as SME for system testing and future transition to Vault Tool Capability
- Monitor systems for trends, opportunities, and improvement impacts
- Provide Account Managers with selling margin data by customer territory
- Implement sales-team data analytics to enable product margin growth
- Conduct Sales Proxy support and Inside Seller Customer Management activity
- Troubleshoot system issues, process questions, and customer inquiries
- Leverage Salesforce CRM and internal support teams to service customer accounts
Requirements
- BA or BS degree in Finance, Commerce, or other related field
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Detail oriented
- Proven analytical skills
- Comfort with ERP system and data analytics
- Proficiency in Excel
- Capable interpersonal skills and collaboration with team members cross functionally
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Proficiency in French and prior flour milling experience are good to have but not required
